Our Story
Founded in 1982, Waters Insurance Agency is locally owned and operated by Chad Waters in Cumming, Georgia. We are a full-service insurance facility and can handle all of your insurance needs. Our agency has been in Georgia insuring Cumming/Forsyth County and surrounding areas for over 35 years, and we can provide the coverage you, your family, and your business need to be prepared for emergencies and everyday occurrences.

Chad Waters
President/Agent
Chad is the son of the founder, Billy Waters. Chad, a Forsyth County native, is a 1995 graduate of North Georgia College and graduated from Forsyth Central High School. He has nearly 25 years experience in the insurance business. Chad is married to Susan Waters and has two dogs, Kadie and Benzie. Chad’s email: insurance.guy@att.net
Martha Garrett
Personal Lines/Office Manager
Martha has been in the insurance business for over 40 years. Martha is a Forsyth County native, graduated from Forsyth County High School. Martha handles the personal lines business for our agency.
